Houston Early Music Festival branding:
The second annual Houston Early Music Festival will take place in February 2014. The young festival is a collaboration between Ars Lyrica, Mercury, Bach Society Houston, and Houston Early Music celebrating the growing community of period-instrument music. Programs will range from from late medieval song to Bach’s monumental B Minor Mass. HEMF was seeking a logo that was minimal and modern in design while referencing the city of Houston and early classical music. Also shown: screenshots from the series of promotional videos for HEMF incorporating my logo.
D. Sweetpea's original logo and rebrand:
D. Sweetpea's creates unique floral designs in and around Austin, TX. Concept for the rebrand was based on a photo of the owner/designer in a custom-made afro of flowers. Far beyond everyday arrangements, she was seeking a refresh of her brand identity that reflected the breadth and whimsy of her work, from dried fauna trellising a wooden staff for a fashion show, to massive bouquets decorating the tables of Congress restaurant in downtown Austin.
Red Propeller original logo and branding:
Red Propeller is a consulting company based in Austin; work includes designing and executing integrated marketing + communications plans.
Red Propeller was looking for a simple and bold branding statement that represented communication and new ideas. The logo needed to be functional for everything from real estate ventures to small business consulting.
